Workday Compensation Specialist

Key Role:
We are seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge compensation solutions in Workday.
This position involves configuring merit, bonus, and stock compensation plans while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Advanced Compensation and hold a certification in Workday Core Compensation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven compensation strategies, conducting thorough system testing, and providing comprehensive training to end-users.
In addition, the successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of compensation eligibility rules, plans, defaulting, and business processes, with experience in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting solutions. They will also be able to conduct client sessions to gather, analyze, and implement Workday Compensation solutions using best practices.
The role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and team work.
