Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Workday integration professional to collaborate with clients in designing and implementing seamless integrations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations and possess a deep understanding of Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Studio, Connectors, WECI, PECI, and RaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and goals.
  • Design and implement Workday integrations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage end-to-end integrations, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
  • Strong command over Workday integration technologies (EIB, Studio, Connectors, WECI, PECI, RaaS).
  • Excellent knowledge of web services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD).
  • Ability to work with external tools like SoapUI and Postman to make API calls.
  • Good knowledge of Core HCM, Security, and Reporting in Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
