Leading a high-performing Quality Engineering team is a challenging yet rewarding experience, and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this role.

About the Job:

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Engineering professional to lead our Global Capability Center in the fintech/banking domain. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing Agile and DevOps testing strategies to drive transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to drive business transformation
  • Lead large quality engineering teams with strategic mindset and hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to drive scaling efforts
  • Maintain proven leadership experience in fintech/banking domain, preferably in a Banking GCC

Ideal candidates possess 18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation, strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling, and ability to work comfortably reporting to a global leader based outside India.

Location flexibility is required, with options available in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
