Job Description:

The Flutter Developer plays a pivotal role in the development of high-performance software applications. Key responsibilities include designing customer-facing UI and logic for various business processes, developing efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate solutions, and implementing effective security protocols.

As a technical lead, the individual will independently make decisions related to coding, performance optimization, and issue resolution while consulting on architectural changes and project timelines. This includes reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders.

To be successful, the ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Flutter, including mobile and web development, as well as expertise in integrating libraries for mobile and web platforms. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Flutter developer. Proficiency in using agile project management tools and knowledge of releasing apps in stores are also advantageous.
