Seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer to spearhead the development of high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. As a key technical leader, you will drive design, development, and optimization efforts, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cross-platform mobile applications that excel in performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Design and implement robust frontend solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from coding to debugging and optimization.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft exceptional mobile interfaces.
  • Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in mobile application development using Flutter.
  • Strong experience in native mobile development using Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS).
  • Proven track record of transitioning from native development to Flutter and leveraging native expertise for advanced Flutter applications.
  • Strong experience with Dart, Flutter framework, and state management techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading frontend development efforts, including UI performance optimization.
  • Expertise in integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other modern backend integrations.
  • Prior experience in developing large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
