Lead Mobile Application Developer

As a senior lead mobile application developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong focus on Flutter, Kotlin, or Native frameworks to join our team.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient code using best practices in software engineering.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services to create seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve application stability by applying your knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share best practices to promote continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

This role requires a deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines for both Android and iOS. Experience with state management, dependency injection, and modular architecture is also required to deliver complex applications efficiently.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform) with a strong focus on Flutter, Kotlin, or Native frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines for both Android and iOS.
  • Experience with state management, dependency injection, and modular architecture to deliver complex applications efficiently.
  • Knowledge of app deployment (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) and strong experience with API integration, Firebase, push notifications, and real-time data.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
