Mobile Applications Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Applications Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.


About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, experience with native device features and a strong grasp of mobile app architecture. You will work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers and product managers to define, develop and deploy features in alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable and performant mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Integrate mobile apps with backend RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and implement new features, including camera, QR code scanning and other native device features.
  • Maintain technical documentation including API integration guides, app flow diagrams and release notes.
  • Ensure security standards are adhered to—particularly around payment data, encryption and authentication mechanisms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of professional mobile app development experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience building custom widgets and animations in Flutter.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, handling JSON and managing state (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Good knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile, deployment to App Store/Play Store and OTA updates.
  • Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) and clean code principles.
