Job Title

The primary objective of this position is to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development
    • Design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Content Creation and Curation
    • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including visual and verbal assets.
  • Community Engagement and Management
    • Build and maintain a strong online presence by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and fostering a positive community experience.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content strategies and optimize campaign results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Social Media Management
    • At least 2 years of experience in managing social media for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Creative Direction and Content Creation
    • Proven ability to create high-quality visual and verbal content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Community Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

2 to 4 years of experience in managing social media for a D2C beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion brand preferred. Proven track record of growing and managing Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest with high engagement and aesthetic cohesion. Experience working with influencers/content creators, including briefing, coordination, feedback, and managing deadlines.

Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates visual and tonal consistency across social media, creative campaigns that have performed well organically and in paid ads, experience in UGC planning, reels creation, and trend adaptation, as well as hands-on experience collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters/content writers, and understanding of brand building and positioning, especially for premium or niche brands.
