Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant

A key member of a multi-disciplinary team is required to transform business processes and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions in complex environments. As a seasoned consultant, you will deliver high-quality advice and provide effective solutions for D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementations.

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to achieve seamless integration and maximum return on investment.
  • Business Requirement Workshops: Run workshops to gather and develop business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Develop and present solution demonstrations to prove the effectiveness of proposed strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals and statements of work, including effort and cost estimations.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead large-scale D365 implementations, focusing on Trade and Logistics, AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest creative solutions to improve system performance and optimize business processes.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to enhance skill sets and knowledge of D365 F&O.
Required Skills:
  • D365 Finance and Operations Expertise: Hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations, particularly in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Trade and Logistics, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Consulting Experience: 3-8 years of ERP functional design and consulting experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale D365 implementations.
  • Solution Design: Strong knowledge of ERP functional design, process improvement, and delivering value to clients through Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and lead workshops and discussions.
  • Methodology Expertise: Proficient in delivery methodologies, such as Sure Step.
