B2B Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential clients across three key verticals: Talent, Clients, and Capital
    • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
    • Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
  • Email Campaign Management:
    • Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest
    • Develop personalized messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition across different verticals
    • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Appointment Setting & Scheduling:
    • Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadership
    • Manage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal scheduling for both prospects and internal teams
    • Follow up persistently with warm leads to convert initial interest into confirmed meetings
  • Business Model Explanation & Consultation:
    • Develop deep understanding of our service offerings across Talent, Clients, and Capital verticals
    • Articulate value propositions clearly during initial prospect conversations and discovery calls
    • Conduct needs assessment to understand prospect challenges and position appropriate solutions
  • CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM system
    • Track and report on key performance indicators including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience & Background:
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales strategist for in-house or agency
    • Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns and appointment setting
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaign management platforms
    • Strong research capabilities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and online tools
    • Excellent phone and email communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Consultative selling approach with ability to understand complex business needs
    • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and maintaining consistent outreach
