Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Educational Counsellor. The role involves guiding prospective students through their educational journey, ensuring they achieve their goals in healthcare while meeting their own growth targets.

The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for converting webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions. This includes conducting structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggesting the right course, as well as explaining program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and objection-handling ability, and be comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals. A passion for education and healthcare is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules)
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling/BPO
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The following KPIs will be used to measure the performance of the Educational Counsellor:

  • Daily Calls: 200+
  • WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
  • Conversions: 10-15% of leads handled
  • EMI Collections: 100% adherence
  • Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal
