Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with grace.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions including inventory, VM (visual merchandising), and stock management.
  • Store Standards: Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance.
  • Performance Tracking: Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.
  • Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals.
  • Responsibility Assignment: Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
  • Culture Development: Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the WeaveinIndia ethos in all client interactions.
  • Event Support: Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating WeaveinIndia's values and craftsmanship story.
