About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Crm Manager to oversee and optimize our LeadSquared CRM system. This role will act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and support teams, ensuring effective use of the CRM, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and continuously improve LeadSquared CRM functionalities to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure customer and lead data accuracy by implementing quality control measures.
  • Establish efficient processes for capturing leads, tracking interactions, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM campaigns and strategies.
  • Train internal users on best practices for using LeadSquared and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop targeted campaigns using behavior tracking and scoring mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
