Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
A highly skilled Tech Consultant is required to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, building and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Power Platform components to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE Apps configuration and development.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform components and .Net, C#, Azure components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data migration and integration of Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification.
