Seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end financial process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in shipment tracking, profitability analysis, and actuals reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in management information systems, accounting, and financial governance to provide real-time insights for informed decision-making and safeguard the company's profitability reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize cash flow management and working capital utilization to drive business growth.
  • Monitor shipments, revenue recognition, and cost allocations for accurate profitability tracking.
  • Safeguard against data manipulation through robust internal controls and audit mechanisms.

MIS and Profitability Analysis:

  • Develop advanced MIS dashboards and reports on shipments, collections, profitability, and cost structures to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive profitability analysis at shipment, vertical, and entity level, highlighting key variances versus budgets/forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights on margin improvement, shipment performance, and cost efficiencies.

Accounting and Compliance:

  • Enforce strict accounting discipline across invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.
  • Partner with auditors and internal teams for transparent, manipulation-free reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven track record in finance operations, MIS, and profitability tracking, preferably in logistics-intensive industries.

- Strong MIS and accounting background with expertise in financial data analysis and reporting.
