About the Job:

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand, investigate, and resolve any employee relations issue at the location to achieve agreements and settle conflicts, minimizing disputes.
  • Monitor organization culture and values, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures, acting as an internal consultant/advisor, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Lead the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities.
  • Partner with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives.
  • Employee assimilation and new hire compliance.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with full-time MBA (preferably from tiered b-schools)
  • Proven track record of handling complex issues
  • Ability to develop and build relationships at all levels, with a proven track record of acting in an advisory capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic, and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical and facilitating skills
  • Creative bent of mind, delivering pragmatic solutions
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task

Prior experience in employee relations or a related field is essential. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships are also necessary for success in this position.
