Job Overview

This role encompasses independent daily management of US sales accounting in accordance with US GAAP, generating and delivering accurate customer invoices promptly, and overseeing account receivable.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Quick books, and SAP, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include providing relevant sales and financial records to support internal and external audits, assisting in the preparation and filing of sales tax returns, and creating Debit Notes and Credit Notes within the system.

A working experience in a Shared Service center would be advantageous, enabling the candidate to provide sales-related data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. They will also possess excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.

In addition to these key qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
