Job Title : Business Analyst IT Services.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to manage RFPs, tenders, client interactions and support technical teams with clear specifications and project documentation. Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for IT projects and services.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate client requirements into functional specifications and project documentation.
  • Create wireframes and process flows to support UI/UX and development teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client communication, ensuring clear understanding and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate all documentation (SRS, BRD, use cases, etc.) and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Support QA teams in validating deliverables against defined standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services domain.
  • Proven experience working on RFPs and tenders.
  • A strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
