Job Role: MEP Modeller Specialist

Industry Focus: Architecture and Interior Design Projects

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design objectives and project requirements.
  • Establish linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • Maintain adherence to established BIM execution plans and follow project-specific documentation guidelines.
  • Create custom discipline-specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in MEP Engineering Design
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
