BIM Modeler Job Opportunity

Are you skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and techniques? Do you have strong architectural modeling skills and experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems?

We are looking for a talented BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to the design and construction process. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with architecture and engineering teams.

About This Role
  • Develop and update BIM models using industry-leading software.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications through rigorous quality control measures.
  • Serve as a key liaison between design and construction teams, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in BIM software and techniques, including Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD.
  • Strong architectural modeling skills, with a focus on creating detailed and accurate 3D models.
  • Experience working with MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Ability to create and manage construction drawings, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaboration and problem-solving.
