Job Opportunity: Memory Designer

Arm is seeking a skilled Memory Designer to join our team in Noida. As a member of our Physical IP – Memory group, you will work on innovative memory architectures in pioneering technology nodes to enable the best Arm Systems in all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop memory architecture in the latest technologies
  • Collaborate with the physical design team for layout realization
  • Design and optimize memory circuits to meet Performance, Power, and Area targets
  • Perform memory design verification and characterization activities
  • Ensure high-performance memory designs with low power consumption
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in memory design
  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals
  • Knowledge of memory fundamentals, including single-port-SRAM circuit design
  • Good understanding of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies
  • Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail
Nice to Have:
  • Understanding of advanced process technology nodes and layout implementation of memory products
  • Shell Scripting, ML, Automation
  • Statistical simulations (e.g. Monte-Carlo)
