Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. This role will act as the bridge between engineering and product teams, taking ownership of features from conception to launch.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of product requirements, be able to implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Feature development: Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • Testing & quality assurance: Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.

  • Technical strategy: Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.

  • Stakeholder communication: Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.

  • Process & documentation: Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.

  • Coordination & communication: Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.

  • Experimentation culture: Instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.

  • Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).

  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.

  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.

  • Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
