Job Title: Technical Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Visionary to lead and contribute in the execution of product lifecycle processes for our innovative Insurtech products/platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transitions products from development to commercialization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and be passionate about their work. They should be able to work effectively with engineering teams, communicate complex ideas and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements.
  • Evaluate product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
  • Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
  • Drive research, prototyping of innovative technologies and products while mentoring/leading a team of Product Managers.
  • Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
  • May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
  • Ability to lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise.
  • Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.
  • Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional team setup.
  • Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory.
