US Non-IT/Engineering Recruitment Executive

We are expanding our team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. They should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment across various non-IT business professional/engineering roles in the US staffing market.
  • They should have relevant working experience with MSP/VMS-based clients or direct clients.
  • Utilizing creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities, they will source and screen candidates using various job sites.

Responsibilities include reviewing job descriptions and analyzing client requirements to understand the needs of the positions and technical skills required. They will work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment and create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of work experience as a US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead on paper.
  • Experience on W2 contract, contract-to-hire job orders with direct clients/MSP is a must.
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the non-IT sector.
  • Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
