Transforming the Insurance Landscape with Innovative Technologies

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our product lifecycle and contribute to research & development activities related to product design, development, and qualification.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product Organization to ensure alignment with our organization's strategy and vision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms and working with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements.
  • Evaluating product performance and transitioning products from development to commercialization.
  • Leading technical discussions with Engineering teams and managing technical/business requirements.
  • Assisting in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentoring/Drawing out a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leading research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Ensuring the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
