Job Summary:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance and Accounting Specialist.

This role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial systems.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing the Order to Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in invoicing roles, with hands-on knowledge of billing applications and multiple ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex financial documents and processes to identify inefficiencies or risks
  • Developing dashboards or reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrate billing changes
  • Supporting audit readiness by managing SOX-related controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related field
  • MBA/ICWA/CA (Intermediate) a plus
  • Prior experience in Invoicing roles with hands-on billing application knowledge
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Service Now etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Experience in auditing processes, financial information and systems
  • Experience with tools such as SQL
