Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Architecture: Develop high-quality software designs and architecture to meet business needs.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Software Development: Write clean, efficient code while automating tasks and developing tools and applications.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies, evaluate vendor packages, and drive process improvements and best practices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform validation and verification testing while reviewing and debugging code to ensure system stability.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Contribute to the entire software stack, designing, developing, modifying, and supporting software components.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
  • Expertise in mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies and ability to recommend improvements for software systems.
