As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash operations.
  • Work closely with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture for effective knowledge sharing.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes, to optimize Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure smooth solution deployment.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and operating instructions for efficient onboarding.
  • Evaluate solutions against business requirements and compliance standards to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects, fostering collaboration and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals) is essential for this role.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills, including Profiles, Workflows, and Process Builder, are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning) is beneficial.
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required for success in this position.
