As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and support of our billing system. Your expertise in Matrixx configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting will be crucial in delivering effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep knowledge of Matrixx, including its various features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage operations teams and liaise with onshore/offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Debug issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes to production systems.
  • Participate in user clarification sessions, new feature roll-outs, and quality assurance for assigned features.
  • A strong understanding of MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration and Task processing is essential for this role.
  • You will also be responsible for managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture, and ensuring seamless communication between systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
