Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed business and technical requirements.

  • Design, develop, test, and configure business requirements on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules such as CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Map, Event/Alert Management, Integration Hub.

Capture requirements from Business stakeholders & SMEs through demonstrations and workshops.

Co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations and get it delivered on agreed timeline.

Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.

Prepare HLD/LLD, architecture design, technical documentations as specified and as internally required.

Work with platform team to update technology direction and strategy, Manage BAU tasks.

Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
