IT Operations Manager Role Summary:

Seeking a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed and implemented incident, problem, change, and event management processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity through proactive maintenance and strategic planning.
  • Designed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Trained and mentored junior staff on ITOM best practices, tools, and governance standards.
  • Drove continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.

Requirements:
