Job Title: Associate (B2B Pricing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Customer COE team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in driving the team's overall output while developing pricing products and delivering solutions to clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical, analytical, communication, and team skills. Prior experience with data analytics is essential, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to oversee and train a team of COE Analysts, take responsibility for assigned work streams, and ensure zero-defect analysis across those workstreams. They will also be able to brainstorm with the Project Leader on various aspects of project or IP work, drive conversations through analytics, and deliver clear and professional presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of pricing products and deliver solutions to clients
  • Oversee and train a team of COE Analysts

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure
  • Strong academic records and good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Prior experience with data analytics and proficiency in analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
