Drive Business Growth Through Lean Process Transformation

Spearhead engineering process optimization initiatives to propel global enterprises forward.

Job Description

Lead and manage process improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement best practices across engineering processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process optimization strategies, train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma principles, and drive Kaizen workshops.

Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and partner with Operations Leaders to drive the Lean Agenda.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rich experience in Lean Domain, especially for manufacturing vertical, with some experience around industrial/production processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relations, multiple & complex stakeholder management.
  • Strong Consulting, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with analytical bent of mind.
  • Ability to multitask with aggressive deadlines.
  • Proficiency with spoken and written English.
  • Influencing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
  • Experience in process optimization and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
