Accounting and Finance Professional Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

  • Posting of accounting entries and maintenance of proper books of accounts.
  • Maintenance of petty cash entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of workpapers and filing of GST / TDS returns.
  • Preparation of sales invoices in ERP and timely sending to customers.
  • Accounts payable and receivables management.
  • Managing travel and hotel bookings, ensuring payments are within budgets.
  • Handling employee reimbursements according to company policy.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, ensuring vendors are paid on time.
  • Ensuring office utilities such as AC, internet, electricity, water, etc., are functioning properly and payments are made on time.
  • Renewing AMC contracts for AC, pest control, coffee machines, etc., and scheduling servicing.
  • Maintenance of expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and scanned forms.
