Job Title: Risk Management Professional

As a seasoned professional in risk management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's risk strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing requirements for data maintenance and management, working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration.

You will create advanced reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic changes to business leaders.

Key responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive review decks, analyzing portfolio data, and presenting findings to senior management.

Additionally, you will track performance against established guardrails, analyze macro-economic data, and determine potential impacts on business operations.

Evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external credit scoring models will also be key responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will formulate policies and operational guidelines for retail lending business, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Your experience in credit/risk management will be invaluable in managing business rule engines, creating built-in mechanisms for policy adherence, and highlighting deviations to concerned authorities.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a professional education in finance, 4+ years of experience in credit/risk management, and proficiency in Office applications.
