Job Opportunity
  • You have experience of delivering multiple complex ICT projects, particularly those involving BSS Transformation and Migration with large telecommunications companies. Your expertise includes Charging, Billing, CRM systems for mobile and wireline networks.
  • Experiences related to project management methodologies, techniques, and tools are essential for success in this role.
  • You will be leading a team in an End-to-End Program Management capacity, overseeing Deliverables, Budget Management, and Governance. This includes establishing Project baselines that include Timelines, Budgets, Team Requirements, Governance Processes, and Progress Reporting.
  • Your goal is to drive project Execution in collaboration with Project Teams, Partners, and Customers while maintaining Quality, budget, and Timelines as per the Program Baseline.
  • In this role, you will handle internal/external customer and stakeholder engagement. You will also manage project finances and develop business strategies.
  • Proactive Resource Planning and Project Activities Planning are key components of this position. You must stay ahead of the curve and anticipate challenges.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with project teams, partners, and customers.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent IT service management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex ICT projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
