Key Role: Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our organization.

About the Opportunity:

This is a 6-month intensive internship designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in talent acquisition. You will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. They should be proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining recruitment databases and generating reports
  • Participating in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills
