At StitchFin, we are revolutionizing the healthcare space with cutting-edge AI solutions. We seek an experienced Voice AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced conversational systems and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents
  • Build features that enhance user experiences with low latency and high impact
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
