Job Description

A Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system administrator plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the GRC platform within an organization. This individual will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure their requirements for the tool are met and can make use of it effectively.

The GRC system administrator is accountable for implementing and maintaining a robust security framework, ensuring that all users have appropriate access levels and that data integrity is maintained at all times.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. The GRC system administrator will work closely with developers and other team members to implement and test new features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain a robust security framework, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the GRC application, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and deduplication, using tools like Data Loader for imports, exports, and updates.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing sandbox environments, monitoring system performance, and applying updates and patches.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them to effectively use the GRC application. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification as Administrator or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
