Accountability and Delivery

The role holder is responsible for delivering the end-to-end best-in-class onboarding client journey for Private Banking clients. The role holder must align the client journey objectives to PvB's strategic agenda and ensure that change management within the domain takes place successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client committee processes end-to-end, including scheduling, agenda setting, documentation preparation, and minute taking.
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from committee meetings to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
  • Maintain and update trackers with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate critical and high-risk items in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the governance process related to the onboarding and review of high-risk clients.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure all relevant documentation, due diligence, and risk assessments are completed in line with regulatory and internal standards.

Risk Management:
  • Execute responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating financial crime risk, sanctions risk, and reputational risks to the Group.
  • Awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them.

Collaboration and Talent:
  • Champion and act as a role model of the Group's values and culture in the region.
  • Drive an environment of collaboration, both within the team and across the wider Group, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner.

Governance and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
  • Embed the Group's values and code of conduct across the region to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes, and regulations among staff.
