Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee and manage financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  3. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  4. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and oversee payroll processing.
  6. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  7. Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
  8. Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with all financial regulations.
  9. Support management with MIS reports for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, CA Inter CA preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
