**About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to oversee our social media strategies, manage client relationships, and execute campaigns seamlessly.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving impactful results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their business goals.
  • Develop and lead digital and social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling.

**Qualifications:*

  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in analyzing data and deriving insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • A passion for digital marketing and brand-building.
