Lead Scalable Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert in building and managing large-scale systems, generative AI, and DevOps to drive our technology vision forward.

  • Pioneer the design and implementation of core systems that power homecare fulfillment.
  • Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Oversight of the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • ID high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
  • Evaluate system compliance with HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from inception.
  • Contribute to code, architecture, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML in production.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment.
  • Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
  • Experience building end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.
  • Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory.
