Job Overview:

The role of an SAP Operations Specialist revolves around efficiently managing the day-to-day activities related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

This is a highly skilled position that requires someone with in-depth knowledge of supply chain or store operations, specifically hands-on experience in the SAP MM module.

  • Process GRNs accurately and on time.
  • Execute GI transactions with minimal errors.
  • Create and manage PRs for smooth procurement processes.
  • Track PO status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status to provide valuable insights.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Key Qualifications:

For this challenging role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA, MCOM, BBA, BCOM)

At least 0–2 years of experience in SAP MM module and supply chain/store operations.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Affinity towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing business requirements.
