IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT operations specialist to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing systems, networks, and user support to maintain business continuity.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • User Assistance: Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
  • Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills are also required. Knowledge of data backup, patch management, and IT Security protocols is essential. Overview of VMware and Cyber Security is a plus.
