Key Influencers and Medical Advocates Role

We are seeking influential professionals to join our team as Key Opinion Leaders in the Medical Aesthetics portfolio. You will be instrumental in developing and executing business strategies, providing internal and external training, and fostering strong relationships with key researchers and physicians.

This role requires a strong medical background, experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, and exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics for the Medical Aesthetics portfolio and implement them in a timely manner to align with commercial objectives.
  • Facilitate training to field sales teams and others to ensure up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic products, relevant disease states, and conditions.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to facilitate training to physicians and provide proper engagement to thought leaders and doctors externally.
  • Identify key researchers and physicians critical to the knowledge base and disease awareness relevant to the success of each aesthetic product in the specialty area.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good leadership skills and ability to persuade at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop and execute plans at country level.
  • Strong understanding of the domestic market.
  • Experience in establishing strong influential relationships with KOLs.
