Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Project Lead to spearhead our marine projects and drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies to deliver complex maritime projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of junior engineers in design, planning, and coordination activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of technical deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and specifications, and conduct quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment and promote business growth.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE) license, or equivalent in a relevant field from a global organization.
  • At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering, specializing in ports, marine, and waterfront projects.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as SAP2000, RISA 3D, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
