Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and committed Article Assistants to join our team. As an Article Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure in various domains of the profession, including accounting and bookkeeping, auditing, direct taxation, indirect taxation (GST), and international audits & compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing balance sheets, and ensuring timely completion of audit reports.
  • Auditing: You will assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and special audits for a variety of clients, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Direct Taxation: You will prepare income tax returns, support tax audits, handle assessments, and provide assistance in tax planning and compliance.
  • Indirect Taxation (GST): You will support GST compliance, prepare GST returns, and assist in GST audits and assessments.
  • International Audits & Compliance: You will gain exposure to audit engagements of foreign entities and work with cross-border clients.

Requirements

  • CA Inter (IPCC/Intermediate) cleared: You must have completed your CA Inter course and possess a strong academic record.
  • Strong Academic Record: You must have a passion for learning and a strong desire to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn and Adapt: You must be eager to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges and responsibilities.
