Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production)
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security

Key Responsibilities

DevOps Engineering

We require a seasoned DevOps Engineer who can efficiently manage our CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing automated deployment scripts using tools like Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of Git workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.

Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
