Key AR Caller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill this critical role.

  • Handle US Healthcare providers/Physicians/Accounts Receivable with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the team leader to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Review emails for updates and identify issues that require escalation.
  • Update production logs to maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of Healthcare concepts, particularly Physician Billing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AR calling with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent understanding of RCM, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, MCO plans, modifiers, office codes, CPT codes, drug codes, appeals, denial management, CMS-1500 form, clearing house, etc.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and specifications.
  • Proficiency in calling insurance companies.
  • Meet targeted collections on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Meet productivity targets within stipulated timeframes.
  • Accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims.
  • Maintain status reports.
